Operator panel ID-17 allows to visualize and enter operational data for the controlled technology. It is equipped with monochromatic blue backlit LCD 240×60 pixels and 12 buttons. It is designed for the connection to Tecomat systems only via TCL2 system bus. It allows displaying of values, messages, alarms or entry of parameters, recipes, time programs, etc. accompanied by graphical information in the form of static or dynamic bitmaps or sequences of bitmaps. It supports four code pages including Czech characters, Cyrillic and Greek alphabet. The panels can be built in switchgear doors and fulfil the requirements for use in the industrial applications.

ID-17

Operator panel ID-17 is designed for Tecomat control systems (Tecomat Foxtrot and TC700).
It is equipped with blue backlit monochrome LCD display 240×60 pixels and with keyboard with 12 buttons. Six of them is user defined.
Panel is connected to the system through system bus TCL2 (it is operated as a special peripheral module of Tecomat system).
There can be connected up to 4 operating panels ID-17. Panel address is set using keyboard and display in service mode.
Panel allows to display characters in Central European, Western European, Cyrillic and Greek code pages (CP-1250 to CP-1253).
Panel is fed from an external power supply 24 V DC.
Panel can be joined to Tecomat Foxtrot PLC in one compact unit using an assembly set SM-9025
Only changed data and simple commands are transferred to minimize a data flow.
Program for panel ID-17 can consist of up to 511 different screens that are activated by function keys or variables in PLC program.
The panel is equipped with 4 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs for general use, further 3 LEDs and buzzer are fitted to indicate any event according to user needs.
The coverage is IP54 from the front side and IP20 from the back side.

Panel programming

The panel is programmed with GPMaker (GraphicPanelMaker) tool which is a part of Mosaic development environment.
Files and folders containing panel project are stored in the panel's flash memory.
