Drive and Motion Control
Modular PLC controller TECOMAT TC700 allows precise control and coordination of mechanical movements in working space. This is done with High Speed Counters and Motion Control modules to control the numerical axes, which can supervise up to six trajectories simultaneously.
The basic application data of Motion Control modules:
- Control of the Servo drives
- Control up to 6-axis of simultaneous movement
- PID Loop controller for each axis
- The possibility of realization of independent and coordinated movements of all axes
- IEC EN 61131-3 standard software communication via functional modules
Example of use:
- Controlled movement of the masses moved with hydraulic and electro-mechanic actuators
- Positioning of elements in the processes of manufacturing, tooling and assembling
- Supervision of the movements with positioning feedback
- Achieving the designated points in space in the harmonious coordination of individual movements
- Pushing and pulling up the components in industrial processes
- Opening and closing valves following the software algorithms
- Continuous control of position, flow, pressure, tensions and other physical parameters in the technological processes
- Correction the characteristics of mechanical equipment by software settings of PID regulators.
