MOSAIC is a tool for programming of all the controllers in the TECOMAT series. Both the architecture and environment as the structure of MOSAIC modules are fully compatible with the standard IEC61131-3 /IL - Instruction List, LD - Ladder Diagram, ST - Structured Text, FBD - Function Block Diagram, CFC - Continuous Function Chart, SFC - Sequential Function Chart/. The tool contains a number of components /Plug-in/ supporting the design and debugging of the user software. The distinctive feature of the family of TECOMAT controllers is a common programming tool MOSAIC, which is naturally associated with a particularly extensive functionality of even the smallest PLC in the series TECOMAT FOXTROT. This allows the customers to  configure the automation system based on all the variety of TECOMAT PLC's, because there is no need to use different tools for their operation. The structure of MOSAIC: - Project Manager - a comprehensive project management, a declaration of its components and organization structure - POU Viewer - a tool for debugging and monitoring the user program in the PLC which allows forcing settings and placing the control points - PLC Simulator - a tool emulating any TECOMAT controller for simulation the user program and SCADA supervising system without using the real PLC. - PanelMaker - a tool for creation the software organizing the functionality of displays and operating panels, which is part of the PLC user software. - PanelSim - a simulator operating handle panels to conduct the tests without the actual composition of the building automation system - PIDMaker - a tool for designing and debugging of PID closed loop regulators - GraphMaker - a tool for graphical analysing and debugging the user program with the possibility of tracking software and setting parameters as well as function 16-channel oscilloscope showing the selected parameters. - PLCNetworker - a tool for creation of structures for communication within the automation system and network connections with the external environment Versions of the MOSAIC: - MOSAIC Lite - version of the programming tool that supports small structure of caontrol systems including no more that 2 extension modules - MOSAIC Compact - version of the programming tool to operate with the compact controllers and regulators TECOREG /secured with a dongle/. - MOSAIC Professional - version of the programming tool operating without restrictions /secured with a dongle/. Reliance is the SCADA software, which is an overarching system for supervision, visualization, data acquisition and archiving of information comming from the controllers implemented for the usage in the single machines or technological lines as well as complete plants. Software modules: - Reliance Design - the tool for the development of visualization structure. This module offers a rich set of intelligent tools enabling a particularly efficient and dynamic configuration of the system. - Reliance Runtime - is an essential functional module directly specifying the functionality of each node of the visualization and data management. This module lets the customer view and analyze the current data in real time, confirming occurring events, responding to alarms and reports. - Reliance Server - is a warehouse of information and data to Web clients serving the nodes, visualization technology and management system. This module is also the place of specialized execution units and calculations using different software platforms and/or specific procedures for communicating with components from other suppliers. - Reliance Runtime Server - rollup module combines the functionality of Reliance and Reliance Runtime Server - Reliance J - a customer's Web site. The module is a collection of Java applets used for presentation of the visualized installation on individual screens of cooperating nodes.
