Your personal data deposited at EMEA Gateway is secure. We never share them with anyone who has no direct involvement in completing the business requirements you have ordered.

Placing an order is a clear consent to the EMEA Gateway for the possible use of personal data received in order to fulfill the order of delivery of products, projects and services.

The administrator of your data is EMEA Gateway. Data storage security is ensured by the hosting company home.pl. Your personal data is not processed outside of the EU.

We store your data only for the purpose of official archiving of business relationships in accordance with the requirements of Polish law. We do not cooperate with any external entities that could in any way use the personal data entrusted to us.

These principles of personal data protection apply to all persons visiting our websites and using the services offered. All data is stored and processed by us in accordance with the Polish legal regulations on data privacy and data security.

The User may view, download or print at any time the Terms of Use of the EMEA Gateway Service and General Terms and Conditions of the integrated online store and the rules of Personal Data Protection. Non-personal data (anonymous IP addresses) are stored in a form that does not allow the identification of a specific person.

To easily identify spying bots, we register the IP addresses of all recipients of our information presented in the company portal.
