SMART Metering is a technology for remote reading the data from electricity consumption meters, their collection and analysis within the telemetry systems, and billing. Smart Metering elements allow prediction and rationalization of power consumption and distribution of electricity as well as response of each network node adequate to contracted demand. TECOMAT controllers naturally fit into the structure of the modern elements of Smart Metering nodes acting two-way communication between the meters and billing systems with the possibility of conducting an individual prediction and response under the supervisory control algorithms.
